The lenders marked * deal only with applications via mortgage brokers so you will be unable to approach them directly.

The maximum number of properties they will lend on varies from lender to lender. Some will only lend on one whereas others have no limit. Also the type of income considered varies, some take only rental while others use rental plus earned.

It can take an enormous amount of time to find the type of loan you are looking for via the lender that best suits your circumstances.

A good mortgage broker will be able to point you in the right direction.

As the lender list is so extensive it may well save you time and effort to use the services of a mortgage broker who can filter the deals on offer, based on your requirements, to narrow the search down a bit for you.
