Mortgage Lending DOWN!

  MORTGAGE ARREARS

An awful lot of homeowners get into mortgage arrears at some point throughout the term of the loan. This can be for one of many reasons, breakdown of a relationship, redundancy, etc. Keeping up the mortgage payments is usually top of everyone’s list of financial priorities but when the pressure builds on finances, something has to give.

UK Mortgage Arrears, causing Bad Credit problems. When you are applying for a new mortgage the lender you apply to will always be very interested to see your payment record with your current lender. Their fear is that if you have not paid your current lender regularly why should they expect you would pay them?

Well there are lenders out there who are prepared to take the added risk. If you are in arrears with your current mortgage, or have been in the past, it does not mean that you are unable to arrange a new house purchase or re-finance the home you are in.

Even though you may have mortgage arrears or other credit issues such as ccjs or defaults, we have mortgage consultants who can help you with a new mortgage or remortgage.  Please fill out the enquiry form and a consultant can phone you.
